This one appears to be the copper nickel variety without the pearl. This is a coin that breaks some of the rules of what give a coin value. Fewer were minted without the pearl but the ones with the pearl are worth more. I don't understand it really. There were only three 250 prutas types minted and they were only minted in 1949. Two were in Copper Nickel and circulated (the pearl and non pearl variety) and the a silver version was minted but not placed in circulation. You would probably have to get one of the special sets of Israel coins from 1949 to get this one. All in all nice coin and I hope my added comments haven't priced me out of it.
