-It's made of gold colored metal and fake diamonds (Probably CZ). Very beautiful and glistens in the light!

—Never worn, except for display purposes, in image #6 above.

-I don't know the exact size but it would probably fit small/medium sized fingers since it fits me perfectly and I've always been between a small and medium.
