There are certain things that can happen to a knife in production that turn it into an error knife. In this case the knife was supposed to have a custom collectable shield. But as you can see from the pictures the smooth blue bone handles sport no shield at all. Knife is a medium saddle horn trapper. Knife has brass pins, liners and bolsters. Knife is 6" over all w/ a 2&1/4" blade. Knife is hand made w/ German stainless steel. Put together in Pakistan. The box this knife came in states right on it that knife is to have a custom shield, and has none. Making this an ERROR KNIFE. Knife has great snap open and close, no wobble in the blades. Also has very strong mid-lock. Knife is new in the box.
