Good question ,tks for asking this as myself I wanted to know the same . Well , you can spend some more money on some paper roll special for cloth diapers which you can take the poop out or you can just use the toilet paper and dispose that in the toilet.Washing in the washing machine with hot water program.
However, for me to avoid that , I only use them in the night for my baby ...I guess I was lucky with him as he only have the bow movement during day , so saves me about 60 diapers /month. considering a normal usage of 2 diapers/night )..not bad ,isn't it !?
