This is a digital item that is delivered via email. I make these myself using Publisher and Gimp.

How would you print them? Can they be printed at any photo place such as walgreens?

Some people do have them printed at a photo place. I've never done that, so I couldn't tell you how. I print them at home on 4x6 photo paper. I just open them with Windows Photo Gallery, select 4x6 glossy paper, and print.
