Yes you can get games and yes it has unlimited minutes when you pay for the service. $45/50 a month and that's unlimited text/talk and data.

The screen is 4.5 inches. It can be switched to another company but I believe that you have to have Metro PCS service for 90 days before they'll unlock it for free, if not you'll have to pay to have it unlocked.
