The listing, Old Silver Tone Mother of Pearl Pendant Necklace - Very Pretty has ended.

Very pretty Albalone or Mother of Pearl necklace. Pendant measures about 1-1/4" including the top loop and is 1/2" wide. The metal is a silver tone (no markings so I guess it's not pure silver) and the chain is also a silver tone. The necklace with chain is about 8-1/2" long. It has a lobster type clasp.

The albalone is very stunning with lots of color and fire. I hope the photos do justice to it! In a collection of jewelry I got at an estate sale several years ago......not sure what the actual age of the piece is.
