I'm glad that you do have this back pack full of items for a child that really needs it. This is a great idea! I might just start doing a few of these and donate them to places that give items like this out. School has already started here last week. I'm a mom of 3 and all of mind have graduated and are out of the house! the last one graduated in 2007.. fanned u.. keep up the great work! everyone knows its greatly appreciated very much! It might be a little late for this auction, but for your next one do you happen to have any dividers for binders? That seems to be my sons biggest concern right now. I told him about this auction and that was all he asked about, binders and the dividers for them. This is his first year in Middle school, he's in 7th and his sister is in 8th. I have to keep telling myself not much longer. I don't know about the moving out part though, my oldest is going on 20 and he's still at home. They keep me on my toes though, and I'd miss them if they were gone. Thank you.

~ UPDATE ~

Wooden Ruler has been replaced with a more Kid Friendly Plastic Ruler (blue)
(did y'all know those wooden ones have a lil metal thingie in em that some schools have banned? Yikes! [Thanks for the tip])

This is great my kids school doesn't start until Sept. 6th, and they keep telling me they can't go back to school with no supplies. I try to tell them all they need is a pen and paper. They don't find that funny, atleast if I could win this it would get one of them off my back. Kids don't understand the mysteries of money. (you can't spend what you don't have) LOL. You now have a new fan. I'll be bidding and watching!
