does it come with directions? is it oven and dishwasher safe?

It doesn't have directions. It is dishwasher safe but not oven safe. What you do is roll out pie crust and use this to make the shape and the ridges for a turnover or something of that nature. Then you can either deep fry them or bake them in a baking dish. You can also make mini chicken pot pies or quiches.
