The metal base is done in rhodium plated antique tibetan silver and is very heavy, thick and sturdy. The crystals are a beautiful brown AND clear crystals which reflect the light in a rainbow of colors. The bracelet is hinged so it opens and snaps closed. Inside diameter measures approx. 2.36" by 2.17"; inside circumference measures approx. 6.75". It's a very fine quality piece of jewelry with a lot of attention to detail.
