No, it is not marked. According to the 1973 Hallmarking Act, exceptions to hallmarks covers charms that weigh below 7.78 Grams. They are "exempt from Hallmarking as this could distract from the detail of the charm."
Besides the reply on Hallmarking, I do know my M-I-L was very particular in buying her charms in either silver plating or Sterling. She had a loaded Sterling Silver bracelet that I am piecing out. Most are on eBay but I thought I would do a few on here as well. My bet is that this is .925. If it is proven not to be I would be happy to refund your credits if the item were returned in the same condition and the buyer pays shipping.
