U use it by getting a DSI go to the network then there's a primary DNS then I give the code for u can modded Pokemons but the app is on phone it's called pokebuilder but u have to be collected to the internet

You can't use these anymore cause Nintendo shut down the gts cause I actually got my primary routing number and it doesn't work is this a cheat ? Or way around it ?

Hes right. The app did infact work at one point but like that person said, nintendo discontinued the online service all together for the ds, dsi, and nintendo wii. the ap itself was even removed from the playstore, but who knows maybe tou have some workaround or something, that would be great.
