The listing, How Slowly Dark by Dean Lee Romanchuk has ended.
This is a good story though not very well written, in my opinion. This is the story of Magnolia Evans, the daughter of a General in the Union Army during the Civil War and takes place in a small town in Leigh County, PA. Young Magnolia finds a wounded Confederate solider & falls in love. When her treason is discovered Magnolia takes off on her horse and tragically dies. Her spirit is said to haunt Guthsville Inn, where she lived at the end of her life. Flash forward 140 years to the mid-1990's. The spirit of Magnolia sees a young man at the bar in the Inn and thinks he is the reincarnation of her Confederate solider. This story follows what happened to Magnolia in 1863 and the love that forms with the young man. The book is autographed by the author as well.
