This is a ring (not sure of the metal) but I can tell you I wore it for a short period of time, got it wet, etc and it never changed color. This ring was purchased on a Royal Caribbean cruise boat, and was quite pricey. My friend gave it to me in which her husband had bought it for her whom she is now divorced from and she didn't want to hold on to bad memories. I had a falling out with this friend and don't feel right wearing it. The ring has a large square pink gem in the middle that sticks out quite high, and on each of the sides 2 rectangular white gems, Very shiny and sparkly. I got so many compliments when I wore this ring. It has a spring in the middle of the ring that sizes to fit to your finger, so it fits many various sizes and conforms to your finger.
