Blackberry Cell Phone. T-Mobile Uses Sim card (not included). Unlocked Can use AT&T sim card (I did). No charger included Uses common charger- easy to replace. Works great, When powered off there are two lines down the display, however you don't notice them when powered on and they don't effect how it works.
