Shipped first class with tracking to Listia verified address and all other Listia rules apply. I go to the PO 2x a week so please get me your info asap. You will know it has shipped when the tracking # shows up and I email you with the EXPECTED delivery date given to me by the PO. However please understand this is an expected date, not a guaranteed date and once the PO has it, it's out of my hands. If it does not arrive on time, alert me so I can watch it and file a complaint but there's only so much I can do. They recently closed 6 distribution centers and I've taken to calling them the United States Procrastination Services. But they are the easiest for me to get to and I'm disabled so getting to the others is difficult for me. But I'll do what I can to get your item to you in timely fashion!

Yes shipping to Canada is expensive. That is how much the last item I shipped cost.
