The listing, like new pretty blue skirt with glitter and designs has ended.

I received this skirt a long time ago from a friend and haven't even worn it yet. I have way too many clothes that people keep giving me and I would like to list some on here. I do not know if this skirt is a womens or girls. It says size medium.

The measurements are: 11.5 inches across and 14 inches from top to bottom. has a lot of nice stretch to it

The material is a very nice light weight 90% polyester and 10% lycra. The instructions say to hand wash and its made in the USA.
