Pretty lil locket charm with Matthew vs 17-20 (and yes, that is a lil mustard seed in the front!)'If ye have faith as a grain of a mustard seed, nothing shall be impossible unto you'

This is a tiny charm, just over 1/2 an inch - but it's cute :) Just cleaning out some old jewelry, and this is still pretty enough to wear.

is the mustard seed encapsulated by something?

It doesn't move from that spot - and the front of the locket is covered in a glass bubble of sorts (I don't know what else to call it) - so yes, it is encapsulated.

Yes - it does not 'snap' close, but I cannot get it open without getting my nail in the side and open with my fingers. I does not open on its own. Thanks for asking!
