I had this with my old emachine computer, I now have Windows XP Professional on my current computer & have no use for this upgrade disc. Great condition so Happy Bidding!

Is this an upgrade from WinVista to a more up-to-date service pack or an upgrade from Vista to 7?

This is a windows vista upgrade, if you have windows vista you can upgrade it to a better vista. Like premium..

It did come with a product key but I'm not allowed to sell it. Since I still use me product key windows wont allow me to sell the product key. I wish I could but when I contacted windows they told me that if I sold the product key while I was still using it they would ban the CD key. So you will have to purchase or own a current cd key. The good thing is you get a discount on the product.

look if your not useing it any more then you can sell it with the product key the product key has to come with it its not your toi keep it goes with the product no its not if your not useing the product any more the product key can and shouled come with it your wrong about that. it like sell the car take out the motor and sell car not right. wouled get it if came with product key code you got it with the key code and it will work with only that key code i know.

After you install it you can use your windows xp key on it, then you hit activate later or buy product key, it will also allow you to get a key for a reduced price.
