This is a 2005 Kennedy Half Dollar with what some would call a "Double-Die Error" but with the new coining methods of the U.S. Mints, it is actually a Machine Doubling.

Enlarge the pictures and look at the bottom of the words "UNITED STATES" You will notice the doubling effect, (or outlines) and it's even on some of the stars.
