This has a lot of age wear. A small tear at the top. A corner missing but fantastic piece of history. I don't know the names but they would be well known to someone who collects this kind of item. This states that this person has been enrolled in the census and inventory of Military Resources. Nice piece of history. On the back are three 1c stamps. They are not stamped so I assume they are new but they have age spots. This would be a good piece for a person who collect this kind of item.
