This is an Iphone 4s that is for Parts or repair only! The power button does not work right (I cannot power on the device so please do not ask me to due to power button issues.), the phone will not do a recovery, it does come with a charger cord.

Rice isn't normally good for iPhones because it could effect the plugin for the charger (for what I'm aware) it could also effect the buttons. Maybe with a lot of use on the power button it got loose :)

It was put rice yes, and I uploaded new pictures of the power button, when I press down on it, it feels like it is not hitting on the inside (feels loose)

Questions are very welcome, yes it does turn on when connected to a charger. I will get the pictures up for you asap, again thanks for the questions. Also, it has been dropped in water twice, but worked very very well even after it took a swim.

No, I tried that, this was my sister's phone, she wasn't able to use the button or it would shut the phone off and wouldn't be able to turn it back on.
