I'm not 100%, but I should. It's a prepaid phone, for prepaid or pay as you go service. So it should work without any charges, I would contact the company just to be sure though.

What network is the phone with at the moment? With every phone I've ever owned, unblocking/locking has always been as simple as calling my networks customer services team, asking them to do so, and it's akway been done immediately! Would you be willing to try that? Coz if I was sure the phone would connect to a network and make the very least of requests, gain signal to make calls etc, I would be much more confident to place bids on your item.
