This beautiful cross is a real vintage piece. I am not one of those people who call everything I put up vintage to get attention. If I say vintage, it is "well" vintage. The jewels of course are faux but it is still beautiful. It is very large and the back is a work of filigree. (See through) I thought that it was Sterling at first but it is silver over copper. As you know copper has been used from the beginning of time almost to help with pain in the joints and other pain. This is a lot of copper. The chain it's self is very pretty. It almost looks hand made although I'm sure that it wasn't.the clasp is fine. Everything about this piece is good. It is a very nice vintage piece.
