This is an original piece of artwork by a very special artist.
The type of art is called pen and ink, it is created with permanent ink markers and some paints as well. The process is tedious and time consuming and quite detailed. The technique also requires denatured alcohol that is used with a brush for fanning blending and erasing. The artist who made this piece was using this material as test material for other drawings she was creating at the time. This has many pictures in one as she added new dimensions to other drawings she was doing at the same time. All of her work is one of a kind and this picture is a one of a kind other then in print. Some of her other work will be auctioned at later dates and it will all be one of a kind originals as well. We also will have limited prints (1/100) available of some of her originals. Once those numbers are reached there will be no others available. The only place you will find them online is on Listia through us. There really is no price on these as they are all one of a kind originals and worth a bunch. She is an above average artist and has worked for museums, contractors, private individuals and a doll society.Remember this is on a piece of cloth, it can be sewn onto something or framed as it is. it will be gently folded and shipped to the winner asap. This picture I just dig because of the contrast between the bird and the lizard in the snow on a farm....Pretty awesome for a practice piece! The size is a few inches bigger then what you see here, it wouldn't all fit on the scanner.
