This is a nice tote bag by Clinique. The bag is a soft quilted nylon/vinyl? The handles and trim feel like maybe a thicker vinyl or plastic? At the top of the bag is a loop that may be to put your keychain on to secure from losing it. The inside is lined with what I think is nylon and will wipe clean easily. Measurements are 16.5" wide x 14.5" long x 5" depth. Clean and in good condition.
