MATERIAL:
* 55% latex rubber, 45% clay mixture.

HOW TO MEASURE:
* Rubber band is laid flat (uncut) and measured.
Will stretch to 3" Diameter (Possibly to 4" but that would be Max.)

could these be used for the rubber band loom bracelets?

These are the same as regular rubber bands just the small size. We don't have any loom bands to compare them to, but if the loom bands are similar to regular rubber bands, then they could work. They are about the same size as loom bands from what we can compare with pictures online. Hope this helps answer your question. Have a nice evening. =)
