The listing, Famous Florence Soap/Candle by Dominican Friars has ended.

This is really special. Bought at the famous Santa Maria Novella Pharmacy in Florence. Made by the Franciscan monks. The pharmacy is one of the oldest pharmacies in the world. It was sponsored by the Grand Duke of Tuscany in 1612

The first “Eau de Cologne” has been attributed to the pharmacy’s creation in the 1500’s of Catherine de Medeci’s “Water of the Queen.” She used the citrus and bergamot scented water.

All the history aside, tjos os a gift box, never opened with a bar of their Sapone Latte Soap and Rose Candle. Smells very nice still inside the box. I don't know the size, but it's not a large bar of soap.

I have put a GIN for the collectors and lovers of special soaps.
