Why not go to United States Postal Service website it is called USPS.com
not United Parcel Service/UPS I am almost sure you would get a better price for shipping on the United States Postal Service website. One there you will need the weight of the package already packed up. Let them know if it's being shipping in a box or a bubble envelope and the dimensions of the package. Last but not leave give your zip code for the being shipped from and the zip of the person to who it will be going to (that wants to know me @ 33990 then it will give you the correct amount for shipping. It sounds like a lot of work but once you get familiar with the USPS site it only takes a couple of minutes.

Did you look on UPS WEBSITE OR USPS WEBSITE ? UPS would be more I think the USPS (POST OFFICE) Does it weigh that much? WOW How much does the package weigh?
It looks like a petite little box, huh, Are you talking priority overnight shipping maybe that's why?
