The listing, Tan Coach Purse (one broken strap) has ended.

Here is my ex-girlfriends Coach Purse. It is authentic because I remember her paying a lot for it. It has one broken strap as seen in pics. Other than that, its in pretty good shape.
Its Tan with Chrome Locks and Strap Rings, Brown Leather Straps, and has that Patch on the inside with the model number and stuff. I don't know that much about purses, but I do know that this is a popular one.

My own personal experience with coach repair service...I sent in a purse to have a magnetic snap replaced..along with 20.00. They were fast..had my purse back within a month. BUT, whoever repaired it punched a hole in it! It was obvious..I can't believe they sent it back to me in that condition! Luckily, I had taken pictures of the bag before I sent it. So, I sent them before and after pictures..they sent me a return label..no questions asked..and they promptly sent me a gift certificate..enough to buy a brand new purse! So, the moral of this story is...always take pics before you send your bag in for repair..and Coach really does stand behind their guarantee! What happened to me doesn't happen very often..but there is always that one-in-a-million chance.

Sorry, @marysiasholder I thought you meant between straps, the measurement from hole to hole where the strap fell off is exactly 13/16 (a hair over 3/4 inch).
