• Pokemon Pikachu watch locket necklace with gold tone chain. Needs battery.

• Super Mario Bros doll figure toy.

• Final Fantasy VII Fenrir wolf head leather bracelet.

One Piece and Pokemon are animes. Zelda, Mario, and FF7 also have anime style artwork and are very popular among the anime community.

It's because someone made a higher bid than you. When you bid you it's like saying "This is the most I'm willing to pay for this", but you only pay the 2nd highest bid made in an auction.
IDK what you mean about time stamp.
