Sorry! It is the only one I could find. I looked at stores and flea markets but no match. This heart will be forever broken and that is what makes it so sad. I guess it should be worn only those days when the glasses seem half empty and the world too much t bear. Apologies for the corniness but that little piece just makes me sad. JC
