Both bracelets are stretch and would fit an adult,

The long rice type costume pearl mardi-gra grade necklace is about 23 inches long and has no clasp it is continuous.

The smaller necklace might have belonged to a vintage doll or small child and is much shorter measuring only 12 inches long when laid out unhooked and measured end to end.

I will say the multi-strand bracelet is nice looking on and might work for concerts, going out or school and other places where you really don't want to wear your good jewelry..
