packages don't get lost, people lie and say they didn't get the package when they did.. and unfortunately there's very little a shipper can do to prove it. i use ebay and listia a lot and have gotten everything i've ever purchased...shipping is a bit slow from the USA but everything gets here eventually.

i am a ebay seller .. I sell high dollar items and it happen to me more then 3 times ..USPS did cover me but , Told me it only tracks as far as post office not to the address delivered to ....So ur right there either lyer's of someone stole it ..I also ahte tht we have to declar a customs sheet with contents > example 22" 18k gold Chain < Poof it vanished LOL ..
