This is a brand new, never used case. I ordered this online and realized after trying to put the case on that I purchased the wrong case.

Please note that this was never used. However, there is a couple of scratches on the inside of the case from when I tried to fit it on my phone. It will not be visible after a phone placed into the case. In the last picture, you can see the scratches inside the case.

I agree. I have a little boy who has been playing and dropping my cell phone since he was about 6 months. Lol
The phone has remained in tack with nothing cracked or broken. Oh and my husband put his phone on top of his car and drove off down the road to later find it unharmed. Otterboxes are the best!!!!
