Up for bid is a Hitachi 160GB hard drive for a lap top. Mounting hardware and driver caddy not included. I got this yesterday it was supposed to be a 250GB hard drive. Well It's not. LOL

@freedom99974 Any drive you receive should be formatted. Whether its new or used - the new ones will also require you to create at least one partition - its always a good idea to repartition and then reformat any drive when you receive it.
A couple of reasons for this - if the drive is used and the MBR (Master Boot Record) is corrupt - reformatting should resolve the issue - MBR issues don't always show up right away. If the previous user had a virus on the drive - it could transfer over to your system - so always at least format any used drive you receive.
And seller, I have a question for you - did you test this drive? I'm thinking you didn't because, if you did you would know if it needs to be formatted.
