This is a really neat little outfit. It measures 7.5" wide, 5.5" tall and 2" thick. Two zippers completely close it and there is a hand strap to carry it. One side has room for 6 cards and 2 plastic sheets for more cards. That side also has all the organizer inserts. There is a monthly planner with space for daily entries, a section to take notes at meetings, a section with several pages to jot down ideas for projects, a section with several pages to jot down expenses, a section titled goals/notes and a really nice address section. At the end of all that is a notepad. Underneath it is a small plastic ruler that fits on the rings too. There is a nice solar calculater that also fits on the rings. The packet with the calculator, address book and all has never been opened. The calculater comes on though! There is also a pen loop. The other zipper opens to a compartment with a change purse, several more card slots, a pocket for papers and room for cosmetics. On the outside are 2 compartments, one for a cell phone (narrow) and a wider one.

This is a very compact outfit. It is designed to carry your basics or you could carry it in your larger purse. Then if you have to go to a meeting, you just take this out of your purse and carry it in, leaving your larger purse behind. The covering looks like vinyl to me, but it is made to look like leather.
