One quick question why are you only allowing 3 days for your buyer to enter their information but we have to allow you 7 to ship aren't the listia rules we have 7 days to send u the information

No, it's not rude. The buyer really only needs to click a couple buttons to enter there shipping information. Plus I personally like to get thing out as soon as possible and the 7 days for me is because sometimes things don't always go as planned with the post office. I have been having trouble with them of late. But that's just me I can't speak for everyone else on here. :-)
