OMG People I won an Item from a seller who went Ballistic over the fact that I asked him when he was shipping could he send me Tracking 2 days after Bidding. He is now not shipping 2 items that i bid 580,000 for because he is to lazy to provide a Card..Even though his Item stated Shipping with Tracking. Do you think people should be able to call you names and play games with your points jus due to the fact you asked when they were shipping and i even used the word PLEASE when asking..Can you say Mental Issues.... What would you do..help me..

raise a "refund request" on the auction page where you write mail to the person.
describe the issue and listia team will help you. it takes 5 days (if unanswered by seller) but your dispute will be resolved. hope this helps.
