* U promise NOT to claim u never recieved your items. If I have documented sending item ( I keep a log of everything I send, address, date sent etc) and u get points back u will be blocked from future auctions. Getting points back is taking them away from me leaving me no compensation for buying items, listing & closing cost of items, and shipping items. I lose too much if I'm not paid points... n its just not fair!

* U AGREE to contact me before filing disputes to give me a chance to resolve problems.

* I usually ship next day after getting verified address but occaissionally I run out of stamps & have to wait at the mercy of auctioners I won stamps from to send them to me. U AGREE to check with me before filing dispute for over 7 day deadline. This would rarely occur as I anticipate needing stamps but just in case. I would let u know n keep u informed.
