Yes. You mix 1/4 a cup of henna with 1/4 a cup of lemon juice and 1/4 a cup of oil. Mix until it has the consistency of mashed potatoes. Let the henna mixture sit for 24 hours at room temperature. This will separate the die. Scoop the die out and put in additional lemon juice ( 1/4 a teaspoon at a time )until the consistency is that of yogurt. Place the henna in a plastic cone (like something for icing cakes) and seal the top with a rubber band. Make sure it is tight so so that the henna is all the way down the plastic cone. Wash your skin with soap and water. Clip the tip of the plastic cone. Gently apply the henna with the design you want and where you want. Allow henna time to dry. The longer you leave it on the darker it will be (such as spray tan if you've ever used that) apply a layer of spray gel. Dry gel with hair dyer. Spray a second layer of gel and allow this to sit overnight. Flake off any remaining dry henna and apply a wax lip balm over the design.
I found these instructions for wiki how. There may be other ways, but I found these instructions have the best turnout.
