Weird little thing if you ask me, but some people collect them. So I thought I would give it away on here. I don't know the name of it but it looks like a little sailor and on the bottom it is stamped 1991 Mirage Studios Playmates Toys. Ask any questions & thanks for looking.

it is only about 4" tall
