PayPal is not a credit card.
It doesn't even require one.

PayPal will transfer money straight from a bank account into another bank account.

It's very easy and convenient. In fact, you don't even need a PayPal account to receive money from them.

On the other hand, they DO have an arbitration system set up so people who get swindled can get their money back. (Which is why Listia tells users to send money as a purchase, and not a gift. As gifts are not subject to arbitration.)

Many scammers object to that.

I've had an account for 15 or more years, and have never had a problem.
