Same amount in all states the prices are my friends rates for stamps $1 for three $1.50 for 4 my friend won't do less than $1. So if they fit in one it be 3 stamps in it if it fits in two envelops then 2 stamps on each

$1.50 I pay my friend for stamps he starts rates at $1 for 3 stamps $1.50 makes it 4 stamps and I like putting 2 stamps when I ship things in envelops just so they aren't sent back. I can't fit all in one so I have to send it in two separate envelops making it 4 stamps needed.

Then don't bid if you're going to complain about a 50 cent change. I was estimating when I told her Bc I thought they would fit one but they didn't. I even told her on other auctions they were estimates.
