you can use paypal once the listing has ended(I will contact the winner or the winner can contact me) OR winner can snail mail a money order that needs to arrive within 5 days of win. thanks for asking how it works!

well you do have bid for the item first with your credits here on listia. Then once the item ends if you won the seller will contact you and you exchange info, like your name and address, and then you can send payment for shipping costs. If you are interested in this please bid for it using your credits and I can speed it up to end sooner so you can pay for shipment and get it sooner. thanks!

if you go to https://www.paypal.com you can see what it is all about. You don't have to belong or join paypal to use it pay somone. You do need a valid credit card or bank account debit card and you can wire money to anyone worldwide. It's a service that has been around for about 10 years now. It was x.com originally. But if you want to go ahead and bid and I can speed up the ending time so you can win and then you can mail a money order if you are more comforartable with that. Being you are in Alaska not sure how long first class mail would take for the dvd to arrive but it will ship with delivery confirmation so you can see where it is in shipment route.

I'm not sure I understand your question. You can use paypal and direct the money to an email address associated with that persons' account and send them the payment for postage using your credit card or debit card. You do not have to belong to paypal to use it.

yes, the winner of the auction sends in a payment that covers shipment cost and I mail the item off to the winner.
