10K Yellow Gold (2.4 gtw) with Oval Sapphire (7x5mm) and 8 diamonds (.04CT SI J). Approx. size 5? I'm not 100% sure as it doesn't fit any of my fingers.

Valued at $775.00 CAD (according to the info tag).

I was thinking of doing the GIN but without knowing the size for sure that's a lot of credits not to know. If you could print out a ring sizer from the internet or stop by a pawn shop or jewelry store or measure the mm you can give a more accurate approximation. That's a lot of credits not to know the actual size ;(
