this is a butane lighter it could be old I never seen one like it,the first pic. shows it is a barrel lighter,the second one shows where you get the lighter out ,the third one shows where you put the butane in,the fourth one shows that it does work,the fifth one shows a lion and something on the peice where you put your thumb to light it and the six one shows where you adjust the flame and I never seen one like that where you turn the flame up and down,the barrel is approx.2"and 3/4 high,the roundness of the barrel is approx 2" and the barrel is wood,the lighter is approx. 3/4 high,and with the lighter in the barrel it is approx. 3 3/4 high
