This is a great little camcorder that is very discrete and slim. It's black and silver in color and features a twisting screen. You can take video, voice audio, photos, listen to Mp3s, and use eBooks. It has a TV out, headphones, USB ports, and a slot for a memory card. The camera has LED flash, 5.0 mega pixels, and it has a 10x zoom. It comes with RCA cables and a wall charger with a removable USB cord so you are able to also plug it into the computer to upload your videos/photos.

I don't think so. It didn't include any software with it. I think you can just plug it into your USB port on your computer and it'll pop up and you can copy it onto your computer that way.
