Is it an authentic controller? Do you remember where you purchased it? Do the thumbsticks work good? I have a controller that I can swap out the parts with , but if its the replica controller from ebay I can't.

It is the original. Check the 2nd picture. Not sure exactly when I purchased it , but from a company called Nebraska Furniture Mart here in Nebraska.
