No guarantee about picture but I'll see if I can. These were promotional material and aren't sold anywhere, so you'll most likely only be able to find them from sellers on eBay.

Oh I just realized that it's not listed so I might've already sold them. I don't remember seeing them lately when I go through my stack of cards. I'll check to make sure.
